Introduction to Elementor: Creating & Editing a Page
1. Creating a New Page in WordPress Using Elementor
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Pages > Add New.
- Click on Edit with Elementor to open the Elementor editor.
2. Adding a Container with a Double Column Layout
- In the Elementor editor, click on the + (Add Section) button.
- Choose the two-column structure.
- A new container with two columns will appear on the page.
3. Editing the Heading (H1 – Primary Keyword)
- Drag the Heading widget into one of the columns.
- Click on the heading text to edit it.
- In the Content tab, enter your primary keyword as the heading text.
- Under the Style tab:
- Change the font size (Typography settings).
- Adjust the text color.
- Modify the alignment as needed.
4. Changing the Background Color of a Section
- Select the section by clicking on the Edit Section (six dots at the top).
- Go to the Style tab.
- Under Background, choose Classic and set your preferred color.
5. Adjusting Size & Spacing in the Style Section
- Select any element (e.g., heading or section).
- Under the Style tab:
- Adjust Typography settings for font size.
- Modify Padding & Margin under the Advanced tab to control spacing.
